Design Process and Timeline

Our custom design process typically takes 12-16 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin design process
• 25% due at first fitting
• Final 25% due upon completion
• Payments accepted via cash, check, or credit card

Alterations and Modifications

Minor alterations are included in the base price. Significant design changes after the initial approval may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of signing for a full refund minus design fees.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
